Trailer Tow Simulation
When towing, your engine operates under a completely different load than everyday driving. Using your vehicle's combined weight along with aerodynamic wind resistance data, we can accurately recreate the stress of pulling a trailer on our dyno. This allows us to calibrate your ECU specifically for towing, improving drivability, efficiency, and reliability under heavy loads
Noise & Vibration Diagnostics
Some noises only happen under load. Others only appear at a certain speed. Those issues can be nearly impossible to diagnose during a traditional road test. Our load-bearing dynamometer allows us to safely recreate the exact driving conditions where the problem occurs. Once duplicated, we can hold the vehicle at the precise speed or load that causes the issue, allowing our technicians to inspect the vehicle while it's operating.
Scripted Load Testing
For race vehicles, tow rigs, and high-performance applications, one dyno pull isn't enough. Our automated scripting software allows us to create fully customized testing sequences that simulate real driving conditions over extended periods. Using programmable speed changes, force holds, acceleration rates, duration timers, and varying load conditions, we can recreate everything from a road course lap to a long mountain grade while towing.
